Shipping

We ship our orders from Central Copenhagen, Denmark and Riga, Latvia.

Estimated delivery duration:

Denmark: 2-4 days (DAO)

Latvia: 2-5 days (Omniva pakomāts)

Europe: 4-14 days (GLS, Postnord)

World: 6-30 days (GLS, Postnord)

COVID-19 might seem like a distant memory, but it still affects the postal service industry across the globe. We use external delivery companies (Postnord, DAO, GLS, Bring) and are dependent on their staffing and operational success for your satisfaction.

Claims, Returns & Exchange Policy

If you have received a damaged product, reach out immediately and provide a photo of the damage and describe the situation by writing to us at contact@bonafide-studio.com within 5 days of receiving the product.

Items purchased from our website can be returned within 8 days with receipt. The 8-day period starts on the day the order is delivered. The items must be returned unused and in the original undamaged packaging or a similar protective tube or box. Please note that we might refuse the return if it doesn’t match our above criteria for returns. If any items arrive back to our studio with damages, we can only offer a 50% refund.

Returns are handled by the customer at their own risk and expenses.

Cancellations for events or classes

If you might find yourself in a situation to cancel an event or a class, we will offer to reschedule your class if the cancellation takes place no later than 24 hours before the class start. Therefore, always make sure to reschedule your event in good time, otherwise, your investment will not be refunded nor used for further rescheduling.

You can reschedule your event within a three-month period from the original booking.
