The purpose
The only constant is change. Last year (2020 at the time of writing) has left a tremendous impact on the way we live, work and perceive the space around us. As we journey through change, we adapt to new states of “normal”, that always bring both benefits as well as challenges.
In the current climate, the challenge for many has been the introduction to a concept we were previously only rumored about - remote working.
It has brought more flexibility, allowing us to perform work tasks from the comforts of our homes while spending time with the family.
However, “the new normal” has also undeniably blurred the lines between personal and professional aspects of life, thus disrupting the balance.

This is our effort to fix that.
FLOW Space Divider by Bonafide Studio x Kristel Laurits
This calls for a renewed approach on how we optimize our spaces.
FLOW Space divider separates the home environment physically, stimulating compartmentalization into mental headspace, which can improve focus, reduce anxiety and evoke a sense of calm and order.
By design it aims to bring joy through its shape and texture, thus inspiring wellness into ones home and mind.
Designed with intention
Zero waste
Our design is sustainable from many facets, as we explored how an object can balance sustainability with ultimate functionality.
Designed to be flat-packed, FLOW Space Divider saves resources both when being transported and packaged,
Functionality and sustainability holds value not only in the design process, but also in its utilization. FLOW Space Divider is a modular design, that you can adjust to your needs, adapting it flexibly in your spaces.

Sculptural
Recycled textile
Our space divider is made of Kvadrat Really - a solid board made out of recycled textiles. The material is locally sourced and sustainably made in Denmark, with a bespoke texture that elevates the design and makes each piece unique.
Bring in the light
The optional lighting fixture creates more opportunities for use. The light and the fluid shapes have the potential of improving our mood and overall well-being
